Between 12:10 AM and 2:30 AM PDT on October 20, Pushly experienced intermittent errors and degraded performance due to an outage in the AWS us-east-1 region.
This incident affected portions of our infrastructure, including user authentication, API performance, and dashboard availability.
AWS identified and mitigated the root cause — a DNS resolution issue impacting DynamoDB endpoints — by 2:22 AM PDT, and Pushly systems fully recovered by 3:30 AM PDT.
